The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.
We will be performing routine maintenance and applying performance upgrades to the WordFly infrastructure on Friday, April 23rd, starting at 8pm Pacific. The WordFly application will be unavailable for approximately three hours while we complete the maintenance.
• Customers will not be able to log in. • Scheduled and automated campaigns will not send. Lists will not import. • Data will not sync to CRMs. • At times, links will not redirect and opens and clicks will not be recorded. • Recorded email, survey, and RSVP responses, as well as new email subscribers, will be queued and returned to WordFly after the maintenance window.
We will notify users in the application when the window begins and when the maintenance is complete. Please follow wordflystatus.com for updates.
