Hooray, shortened URLS in SMS messages are now working again as expected. It's safe to use the Add Link feature as you normally would. Please let us know if you have any questions.
Shortened URLs in SMS messages are not working at this time. We're continuing to work on a solution. For now, if you need to use a link, paste the URL directly into the SMS message. Do not use the Add Link feature. We'll post an update as soon as the issue is resolved. Thanks for your patience.
