Campaigns have been sending at normal speeds since Thursday, November 14, 3:10 PM Pacific. We are continuing to closely monitor our systems to ensure they are maintaining normal speeds.

We are continuing to see slow sending of campaigns. We are actively monitoring and doing what we can to optimize speeds. If you have a time-sensitive email, consider sending it a bit early to allow extra time. If your campaign can wait, consider holding off.

Investigating

Campaigns and tests are sending at slower speeds than usual at the moment. We are looking into it and will provide updates as soon as we have additional details.
