Week 4 // Deliverability

Resolved
Resolved

Updates for August 21

We’ve been closely monitoring all bounce messages from ISPs this week. Broad deliverability issues across all ISPs have been resolved.

  • A few senders are seeing issues with Hotmail, Yahoo, AT&T, Bell Canada, Optus, QQ, Optonline, and smaller ISPs. If you see abnormally high soft bounces with ISPs not listed here, please reach out and we will investigate.

  • Our IP range has been safelisted with Abusix, a popular spam list used by many ISPs. This will help deliverability even more going forward.

  • The WordFly engagement controls remain in place for lists over 5,000. Your least engaged subscribers are automatically filtered out (0-1 stars).

Recovering

Updates for August 16

• We’ve received confirmation from Yahoo/AOL that there are no blocks on any WordFly IPs. Microsoft has also confirmed our positive sender reputation across IPs and has adjusted volume limits. We remain in good standing with these ISPs, but as is always true, feedback denoting email as spam will impact volume limits. Sending to your engaged and new subscribers will increase your sender reputation.

• We’re continuing to monitor adjustments to resolve timeouts for Comcast and AT&T for some organizations.

• There are no other broadly impacting issues with other ISPs at this time. We are working on organization-specific ISP blocks and will continue to do so until we have a resolution.

• The WordFly engagement controls remain in place for lists over 5,000. Your least engaged subscribers are automatically filtered out (0-1 stars).
