Resolved: All systems are now at full speed. Campaigns, tests, and list imports have been running at normal speeds since 2:45 PM Pacific.

Recovering

Update: We’ve been closely monitoring sending and import times. Speeds have been returning to normal over the past 30 minutes. We are continuing to keep a close eye on the system.

Investigating

Campaigns and tests are sending at slower speeds than usual. List imports may also be slower than normal. We are actively working on it and will provide updates as soon as we have additional details.
