Emails in “Sending” state

Update: Good news, we’re happy to report that campaign sending states are updating as expected. Reach out to support@wordfly.com if you need anything from our team!

We are seeing an uptick of campaigns that display as “Sending” without being marked as “Sent.” The campaign appears to still be sending but has, in fact, been sent to the full list.

Campaigns that run into this issue will remain in the “Sending” status 1-2 hours after you would expect the campaign to have finished.

If you run into this issue, please email support@wordfly.com with the subject line “Campaign in Sending state”. Please include your account name and campaign name. Our team will update the campaign to be marked as “Sent”.
