We’re back! All systems are at full speed. Campaigns have been sending at normal speeds since Thursday, September 26, 5:30 PM Pacific.

Update: Campaign sending speeds are returning to normal. We are continuing to closely monitor our systems to ensure they are maintaining normal sending speeds.

We are continuing to see slow sending of campaigns. We now expect it to continue into the evening. Our team is actively doing what we can to optimize sending speeds.

  • If you have a time-sensitive email, consider sending it early to allow extra time.
  • If your campaign can wait, consider holding off sending.
