We're pleased to let you know that the WordFly-Tessitura integration is all fixed up! List imports are working as usual. Regarding triggered campaigns:

  • You may now reactivate any paused campaigns and they will send at the next scheduled date/time
  • Any ongoing triggered campaigns will also send during the next scheduled date/time
  • No actions will be taken on failed deployments to avoid duplicate emails for those who opted to used standard campaigns during this outage

We are continuing to work with RAMP to resolve an issue with the WordFly-Tessitura integration for some installations (not all). If you have questions about your triggered campaigns, please get in touch at support@wordfly.com

RAMP is resolving an issue with the WordFly-Tessitura integration for some installations (not all). For those affected: Tessitura lists are not importing for standard or triggered campaigns. Please import lists via CSV until resolved. We'll keep you posted.
