Tracking/Reporting Issue

We wanted to provide a brief synopsis of the application issues we experienced over the last 12 hours and give you a better understanding of timeframe and impact.

We experienced an outage with our tracking server from Sunday, Feb. 11, 11:30pm PT to Monday, Feb. 12, 1:00pm PT. This was due to unforeseen circumstances. During this time opens, clicks, and unsubscribes were not recorded. Unfortunately, this data cannot be recovered and will not appear in your accounts.

During this time there were two brief periods when tracked email links resulted in a temporary error page: 10:15am-11:15am PT and 12:25pm-12:45pm PT. All email links are now redirecting as expected. There is no need to resend campaigns sent during this time.

In the short term, we’ve put measures in place to stop this from happening again. We’re also in the midst of a massive data center change. Our new data center provides resilient failover for issues like this.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. We work hard to ensure you have the best service possible 24/7. However, there are times when the technology we rely on encounters a problem beyond our control. We’re excited about the measures we’re taking to dramatically improve and update our data center. While it won’t guarantee there won’t ever be issues again, we know it will have a positive and lasting effect.

All systems go! Everything is back to normal. Thanks for your patience while we resolved the tracking and reporting issues. We will post a follow-up later today with more details about what happened and why.

We aren't able to record opens, clicks, and unsubscribes at this time. Our team is actively working to fix the issue. We recommend holding off sending until it is resolved. We will provide updates here as soon as we have them.
