As reported on Saturday, the service interruptions affecting Tessitura following the global CrowdStrike outage have been addressed by Tessitura. You should no longer see any issues when using the WordFly–Tessitura integration.

The service interruptions affecting Tessitura following the global CrowdStrike outage have now been addressed and are being monitored. Some integrations may still be affected.

Due to continued service interruptions affecting Tessitura caused by the Microsoft/CrowdStrike issue, the Tessitura integration may not be working for you. For those affected:

  • Tessitura lists are not importing for standard or triggered campaigns.
  • When viewing a triggered campaign in the application, it will present a 500 error when the integration is down and a list is already assigned.
  • If you need to restart a campaign, please review how campaigns are affected by services disruptions.

For those affected: Tessitura lists are not importing for standard and automated campaigns. Import lists via CSV, if needed.

Triggered campaigns will also not load when the integration is down and a list is already assigned.
