As we move into a new week, we’re marking Week 3 issues as Resolved.

Updates for August 13

• We’re seeing a rise in volume-related timeouts with Microsoft domains. We are working closely with Microsoft to resolve this. We’re continuing to monitor adjustments to resolve timeouts for Yahoo and Comcast. AT&T is still in the process of making manual server adjustments to accept all email.

• There are no other broadly impacting issues with other ISPs at this time. We are working on organization-specific ISP blocks and will continue to do so until we have a resolution.

• The WordFly engagement controls remain in place for lists over 5,000. Your least engaged subscribers are automatically filtered out (0-1 stars).

Updates for August 12

• The WordFly engagement controls remain in place for lists over 5,000. Your least engaged subscribers are automatically filtered out (0-1 stars).

• Retries of emails that soft bounce will now stop after 24 hours if they are not accepted by the ISP, instead of the previous adjustment to 36 hours.

• We’ve made several connection adjustments today to resolve timeouts occurring with Yahoo and Comcast. We are monitoring these changes to confirm resolution. AT&T is now accepting email from many IPs but is still in the process of making manual server adjustments to accept all email.

• There are no other broadly impacting issues with other ISPs at this time. We are working on organization-specific ISP blocks and will continue to do so until we have a resolution.
