We're pleased to let you know that the WordFly-Tessitura integration is back up for RAMP-hosted accounts. You can import your lists through the integration again. Thanks for your patience!
Good news, the WordFly-Tessitura integration is looking better, but we're still keeping a close eye on list imports. Please let us know if you're still having issues importing for standard or triggered campaigns.
We are continuing to work with RAMP to resolve an issue with the WordFly-Tessitura integration for some installations (not all). For those affected: Tessitura lists are not importing for standard or triggered campaigns. Please import lists via CSV until resolved. We'll keep you posted.
